Summary/Objective:

The Inside/Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) is a telesales role. The VSR will have responsibilities in a variety of Sales, Customer Service and Sales Support functions. The VSR will place approximately 30+ calls each day in order to reach decision makers within each assigned account.

The primary objective is to drive referrals to Envision/Health Images by creating awareness of Envision’s/Health Images portfolio with physician offices. This includes identifying new opportunities through sales tactics including cold-calling specific specialists, e-mail campaigns, building mailing lists and providing solutions through image access, referral process, and patient scheduling. They may occasionally support the field sales force in areas that may include follow up on regional medical conferences, patient focused initiatives, account leads, and direct mail campaigns.

Position Pay Range (based on experience): $19.75 - $23.80

Essential Functions

  • Execute the Driver Sales Model in a virtual setting with assigned accounts to drive referrals for a cross section of services.
  • Achieve 30+ daily sales call activities and account focused deliverables by gaining access to decision makers in the assigned accounts through virtual meetings, phone calls, emails, and virtual center visits.
  • Maintain and update current and prospective target prescriber profiles in CRM. (Salesforce)
  • Keep current with knowledge and understanding of all services, technology, current initiatives and market knowledge including competition.
  • Drive pre-launch awareness in new markets through strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain a professional image for Envision/Health Images.
  • Participate in all required training and sales meetings.
  • Make complete, accurate and timely submission of all time-keeping, details, call activity, and expense reports.
  • Communicate and collaborate to be consistent, effective, and appropriate with all departments including sales, ops, business development, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

This job operates in a clinical environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably with healthcare sales experience a plus. This is including but not limited to referral development, pharmaceuticals, long term care sales, OTC sales, imaging, laboratory, or medical equipment direct sales
  • Experience with virtual presentations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Telesales experience, especially in the healthcare field is desired
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, teamwork, organization and workload planning skills
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently analyze, plan, prioritize, execute, and exceed sales goals
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member and effectively communicate within different levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and computer skills essential
  • Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation

Education/Certifications:

  • Minimum of Associate’s Degree required
